This is a dry wine and an easy drinking wine but it would still catch your attention at the first contact, long after taste. For this variety; only Klein shown his superb skill of wine making on this wine, one of the best from this region of Hainfeld. Only find this wine in a small area of Europe, very rare variety. Good match to dishes with rich gravy. If you like it let me know, I have no more than 10 bottles in my stock. An expressiveness of flavour and density is to smell by the first contact. The taste and the rich flavour feeling after drinking, confirmed this first impression. Fits optimal with spicy and rich dishes.
