珊達瑪利娜 酒莊 葡萄酒, Gargola 是一傳說具辟邪作用之滴水神獸, 不難在 教堂之屋頂 天臺發現牠的踪影. 例如 巴黎聖母院的滴水嘴獸 俯瞰巴黎, 它多以半身石像出現; 做型 時而站立, 時而跪坐, 時而在屋頂 天臺邊 以 滴水咀之做型出現。將天降甘露通過祂的咀巴流到地面 比喻 莊主 讓祂把葡萄酒送到你的杯中。
這葡萄酒是來自三種全為地道之白葡萄 Montua 80%, Cayetana 10% 和 Pardina 10%; Cuvee 而成。其中Montua 幾近 失落, 亦不會有多人釀造此酒, 经 本酒莊 多年功夫; 培植 至今 這是一難得之機會。
Montua 之內斂特性; 酒莊 配合Cayetana(卡耶塔納)之酸度, 使釀造出來之葡萄酒 沒有太多的果糖 清爽簡單 直接入瓶, 保持其清新花香之酒體。
